Where it started...
I have always been passionate about capturing others through photography. My journey began when my father gifted me my first camera for Christmas in 2024. Throughout 2025, I practiced by photographing my husband and our dog, Maple, learning the art of storytelling through everyday moments. My passion grew even deeper when I photographed my sisters with their families. As soon as I got home, I eagerly exported the files to my computer, experimenting with settings and refining the lighting through editing. Nothing compared to the excitement of giving those images back—preserving their memories meant more to me than anything else. In that moment, I knew: I want to do more.
What inspired me...
My husband owns and operates his own business, and I couldn’t be prouder of his dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to everything he does. Watching his drive and perseverance inspired me to pursue my own passion for photography. When I first shared my idea with him, he was nothing but supportive—encouraging me every step of the way and celebrating the dream alongside me. His belief in me gave me the confidence to turn my passion into a business, and his example continues to motivate me every day.
My goal...
My goal in starting my photography business will be more than just taking photos—I want to build lasting connections with the families I work with. My own family means the world to me, and they inspire me to capture love, growth, and the moments that make life special. I’m excited to begin this journey and help families preserve memories they can cherish for years to come.
